How to Get Prices
In order to participate in the Abbott Nutrition- Tidewater program, a nursing home must have an Abbott Nutrition “Letter
of Participation” on file with Abbott. This LOP is available through your Tidewater or Abbott Nutrition representative, or
an e-mail request for the form can be made to stephen.bonaccorsi@abbott.com. Customers who have Abbott Nutrition
direct account numbers, may place orders directly by calling 800-551-5838. Customers who wish to order products
through a Tidewater approved distributor, should advise Abbott Nutrition as to which distributor they wish to use, and
Abbott Nutrition will provide the distributor with access to the Tidewater contract.
